My Journey                                                 Testimonials     

I teach Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga to groups and individual clients across London. In my classes movement is linked through the breath to build strength and freedom in the body, whilst positions are held to allow the body a chance to let go of tension and relax. Sequences and postures are adjusted to suit the level of the class, with the focus on breath awareness, alignment, building strength and core work. My attitude to yoga and my warm caring personality shine through in my teaching style and encouraging adjustments. 

My passion for yoga was immediate from my first class. I had been working as an accountant and yoga seemed to completely wipe away the day’s stresses, allowing me to relax and clear my mind. I was hooked and have been committed to my practice ever since.  

At heart I am an Ashtangi, I love the dynamic flow of the practice and how the practice always stays the same, yet the subtle changes to my body are so apparent. This has enabled me to develop a deep connection to my body; to have an awareness of how my mental and emotional state presents itself in my physical form. Along with an Ashtanga practice, I love the creative freedom  in Vinyasa Flow and the graceful heart opening of Anusara Yoga.
