Group classes are dynamic and flow with the breath (Viinyasa Flow, Ashtanga). Classes are small so you will get lots of personal attention, help and supportive adjustments throughout the class. The classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners as modifications are offered for different abilities. Classes often focus on strengthening the core as this is key to enhancing your yoga practice and promoting a healthy posture on and off the mat. Private classes are Vinyasa Flow or Ashtanga personalised to your needs and requirements, from complete beginner to advanced practitioner. These can be in the comfort of your own home or at a rented studio at a time of your choosing. Charli specialises in private classes and has many long term clients and those that book her more than once a week.
