PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
If you are looking to begin your yoga journey but are intimidated by group classes, why not consider private classes to really kick start your practice? Private Yoga classes work really well and encourage commitment in a consistent and comfortable way helping you to improve in every pose.
If you already have a regular practice and just feel the need for one to one learning or would like to progress into more challenging poses, Private Yoga classes can be beneficial. If you are not comfortable meeting face to face, I also teach online via Zoom. During the pandemic, students have learned a lot and progressed quickly with personal online teaching, enjoying some consistency in life. Whilst the regulations have been ever changing - we are always able to come together online for yoga.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE / SELF MASSAGE
After 2 broken collarbones myself in the short space of 1 year, I have found enormous relief using myofascial release. This self massage technique relieves pain and restores mobility without the need for expensive physiotherapy or massage sessions.
Tennis or massage balls are used on trigger points found throughout the body to release stiffness and lengthen tissues. It's a brilliant technique for injury rehabilitation, even many years after the event, or just releasing tight spots from sitting too much, and general aches and pains. I love it!
I am fully trained in myofascial release and have plenty of personal experience using it.

ABOUT YOGA WITH CHARLI
I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and it truly is my passion and calling. I love watching people get to know their bodies and start to feel more comfortable within them. I teach students from the beginning of their yoga journey to those who want to have fun with more advanced asanas such as arm balances and inversions.
After initially working as a Management Accountant for 10 years, I left my job to travel Central & South America, India and Thailand. I took my yoga teacher training whilst in India. Upon returning to the UK and Finance work again I knew in my heart that there was more to life than the work I was doing. I felt unfulfilled and that life had no meaning. I started to teach yoga and it soon became apparent that this was my calling.

I have been having yoga lessons every week with Charli in her immediate group classes and she always brings such fresh energy into them! Every week is different and she builds on the things we have learnt the weeks previous weeks. I always feel incredible after her classes with her routines well thought out in balancing the entire body but also mind. She's super conscious for everyone's own ability, ensuring that there is always something extra to challenge those who want it and easier options for those who don't want to push as much. I love it! Not only that but her personality always shines through, she's always smiling and spreading the good vibes. I can confidently say that everyone who takes her classes come away from it feeling incredible! Highly recommended!
