"Hi Charli, just wanted to give you some feedback on my yoga session. For some months now I have the feeling that when I walk, one leg is shorter than the other, after the class my left hip was freer than it has been in a long time. It seems that one hour of yoga managed to do what two sessions with the physio didn't achieve. Also feel that I have stretched out my spine and am walking taller. I think I know which pose helped me loosen up my hip. So I will want to do that again, please.
