In this workshop you will have the chance to play around with popular inversions within a small group setting. The workshop will be limited to 10 students so that I can give individual help to everyone.
We will spend time breaking down each inversion, with tips on how to go from beginner level to advanced.
I have tips to help you build the strength and confidence for each pose. Many of these poses look harder than they really are. I will give tips on which parts of the body to focus on with flexibility and strength to progress into the poses. If you don't manage them in the workshop you will know what to work on to start moving towards the full pose.
We will cover headstand, handstand & forearm stand. We will go through different transitions into and out of these poses, and variations within the poses such as scorpion, or arm balances
Please bring your own yoga mat .
